Information we collect

Booking requests collect your name, email, phone number, meeting address, appointment preferences, signature count, and any optional scheduling notes. Notary applications collect contact details, commission information, service areas, and experience.

How we use it

We use this information to arrange and manage appointments, assign an authorized notary, communicate with you, and keep service and payment records. Assigned notaries receive the information needed for their appointments. Hosting providers process this information to operate the website. If email delivery is enabled, our email provider processes the address and message needed to deliver appointment updates.

Do not submit identification numbers, payment card details, medical information, or full document contents through these forms. Payments, when offered, take place on a separate Stripe-hosted page.

Your private tracking link

Keep your tracking link and code private. Anyone with the code can view the limited appointment status and payment information on that page. Contact us if you believe it has been shared unintentionally.

Booking and pricing

Submitting a request does not reserve or confirm a time. Same-day visits depend on availability. The displayed estimate is a $65 travel fee plus $5 per notarized signature. We confirm appointment details before travel. If the scope changes, request an updated estimate before proceeding. No payment is collected by the initial request form.

Changes and cancellations

Call (919) 614-3370 as soon as possible to change or cancel an appointment. Any additional cancellation or refund terms must be provided and agreed before a payment is made; the request form does not impose a cancellation charge.

Notarial requirements

Appointments remain subject to the assigned notary’s verification of identity and other applicable requirements. A notary may decline an act that cannot be completed appropriately. We do not prepare legal documents, choose legal instruments, or provide legal advice.
